Efficient logistics requires keeping close track of your physical assets. The Fleet Management section provides tools to monitor and manage your Trucks and Trailers.

Truck Tracking​

The Truck interface allows dispatchers to manage the active fleet.

Features​

  • Driver Assignment: specific drivers can be assigned to specific trucks.
  • Status Indicators: Quickly see which trucks are available, active, or out for maintenance.

Trailer Management​

Trailers are tracked in two distinct categories to help with inventory and yard management.

Active Trailers​

View detailed information on trailers currently in rotation.

  • Location: Track where the trailer is currently located (e.g., Yard, Job Site).
  • Status: Monitor if a trailer is Empty, Loaded, or staged for a specific job.

Inactive Trailers​

Keep records of trailers that are currently out of service, undergoing maintenance, or stored. This ensures you maintain a complete picture of your total asset inventory without cluttering the active daily view.
